Apparently other #socialmedia apps are hiding posts with the word #protest in them. This is a big reason why #Mastodon is so important. I may have nearly 2000 followers on #Threads but a billionaire can silence me with a touch on a screen. I own my #server for #Mastodon and I am safe to post my feelings on lots of issues here.

I got sent to Facebook jail again because of a post I made containing the following link: https://bsky.app/profile/taunus-nacktradeln.bsky.social (just the link, not a photo!).
This time, I'm banned for a whole month, until mid-September.
For me, this is just another reason to leave Facebook sooner rather than later.
(The only thing I can actively do on Facebook until mid-September is send and receive messages.)

Oggi pensavo che la responsabilità del nostro decadimento piscosocioblablalogico non è delle multinazionali, dei politici o di chi solitamente accusiamo quotidianamente seduti al bar della nostra frustrazione; la responsabilità è solo ed esclusivamente nostra!
Una multinazionale muore se non la alimentiamo, una linea politica pure, e così pure una guerra finisce subito se ogni soldato si rifiuta di sparare.
Obbediamo e ci lasciamo influenzare; siamo marionette che sopravvivono!

Se tutti i miliardi investiti ogni anno per la ricerca sulla colonizzazione di Marte, o per l'intelligenza artificiale, o per la produzione di armi (ecc...) fossero investiti per vivere bene e in pace su questa palla che chiamiamo Terra?
