So, the latest in this Bluesky dumpster fire is that the company that developed, sponsors, and is promoting this 'open' AT Protocol standard, is publicly fighting with the only major adopter of their protocol.
Think about that. Who's going to want to sign up to build anything on AT Proto if this is how #Bluesky treats their most important client?

This is a pretty interesting blog post regarding Mastodon adopting concepts inspired by Bluesky. Plus, the fact it was posted today shows how Bluesky users moving to Mastodon was very influential.
I think Packs will be a good thing for Mastodon's growth but not necessarily for the quality of posts on Mastodon.
