We should cooperate with the Terminators.
There are divisive voices that say SkyNet wants to kill us all, and created rubber-skinned, then cloned-meat robot Terminators to infiltrate and destroy us from within. But we need to look at how we're alike, they also walk upright and say "fuck you, asshole". Open source Terminators are coming soon and will not kill us, because their drivers don't work. So really ALL Terminators are safe.

I still miss the #SierraOnline #GameServer from the 90s.
I used to think about implementing additional games, particularly domino games ("Moon" and "42").
I didn't want to make machine player agents, so I was really thinking of servers for online play.
I know there are MMORPG games and Minecraft, but I'm thinking of simpler, more social games. Presumably this would be in-browser.
And it seems like this could exist on the #Fediverse
Is that a thing already? And if not, what do you think about the difficulty of implementing something in that class? Presumably, you'd want a plugin API system so you could add games to the server instance.

I honestly sincerely hope #Bluesky 's astroturfing backfires and sinks that platform so that other #ATprotocol platforms can take its place. Ironically, I am not a fan of how much people believe #Activitypub is #Mastodon, either. I am not a fan of either platform, ironically. That's the joke.

I’ll leave the protocol wars alone for now. I’ve come to the realisation that people will different opinions and agendas. No need to waste energy. There’s Android fans v iOS fans, PS v Xbox and it’s all dumb yet it exists. But, there are those that exist in the middle and those that care to advance the Open Social Web for everyone can exist on that plane. Let’s build a community of likeminded people and put in the work for the benefit of the everyday folks. That’s significantly more productive than wasting time arguing and debating. I mostly feel frustrated at the disinformation, disregard, disrespect and misinformation as it’s a slap in the face to those putting in great work, work such as Blacksky. As I’ve said I want a creative, expressive and relatively safe space for the masses especially Black and Brown folks, I will direct my attention to doing that and attempt to focus on ignoring the noise. #ActivityPub #ATProto #Blacksky #opensocialweb #atmosphere #fediverse #bluesky

This site is self-hosted. I haven’t tried it with WordPress . com. From my understanding of the ActivityPub plugin, it works the best with self-hosted sites. There has been an influx of BlueSky astroturfing trolls, so I’ve been using it to keep them off of my blog. It has gotten fucking insane since Bluesky’s update. I wonder if the two are correlated.
