I've been having fun with some #micropython code running on a #raspberrypi pico
But the development process is annoying as I haven't found a way to run unit test, or even run the code locally
I am finding this process: stop program, upload new file, run program, wait
to be annoying ...
It looks like it is possible to run on linux - but all the docs are aimed at complete beginners

Running Debian 13 (via live-build) on one USB stick, compiling Buildroot projects onto another. 4 days of uptime and itās smooth as silk.
Currently practicing with RTOS for x86 and Real-Time Linux (PREEMPT_RT) for Raspberry Pi. Thereās nothing like the smell of fresh cross-compiled firmware in the morning! ā

Here is my attempt at using a Raspberry Pi Zero W as an RTMP IP Camera. It sort of works. The latency is pretty bad and the latency keeps increasing the longer you view the stream. @larsmagne23 Same kind of problem hereā¦ The bottom of the screen is unreadable, no longer refreshes, and a vertical pink band has appeared. A sort of gift-wrapped effect, which I could do without.
