Hallo Lena, ich bin seit 2010 dabei und das nur, weil ich nicht auf Facebook sein wollte wegen allem was damit zusammen hängt.
Ich bin hier schon quer über fast alle Dienste gewandert und im Moment ist #Sharkey und die Misskey Familie meine Lieblingssoftware.
Wirklich nutzen tue ich aktive um die 4-5 Dienste für spezielle Fälle wie #Pixelfed für Themenfotos/-themen, #Peertube als Videokanal, #Bookwyrm um über meine Bücherleseerlebnisse zu berichten usw.

Sometimes I really wish I can convince some video creators to at least use #PeerTube as a backup. That will spare me playing constant games with Youtube and It will give them extra reach. Of course there won't be extra money by doing that, because that's not the next mega super crypto NFT thing, but It's worth it.

I keep telling myself I need to spend more time on #Peertube; I want to encourage the platform, even if watching others' videos is the way for me to do it. But I'll spend an evening looking through videos, then just sort of forget for a month...
I should like, put a sticky note on the wall above my computer to remind myself to check new videos every day or two.
