As the darkness of night floods the sky, a body in pain raids the night, from itchy spots to burning muscles, icy toes and fiery legs, growing clots and slowing breaths, vision fading hearing ragging, a mind that is degrading, a life that is rapidly aging, a burning pulling pain in my right thigh, shooting pain from my head to my toes, knees that hurt hands that swell, feet to tired to stand anymore, a back out of place and no butt to hold my underwear, random pains and fleeting itches, flashes of light even in the dark of night, ears that hear things that may not be near, feeling every vibration as the world moves again, a heart that beats with random thumps and a brain over run with absurd thoughts, to look in the mirror and see someone looking back even if at times you have no idea who it maybe, moments of nothingness as time randomly disappears, watching the words dance as they all become a blur, sleep may come but so to the nightmares, if in anyway I find I am still here, an alien to this world foreign I have become, drifting through this void saddled disabled chained to poverty, documenting the spiral of my unraveling hell, no one to hear no one to see no one to care, alone to endure this world is just a decrepit old me;

Id make some hot cocoa but when your disabled and living in poverty you cant afford such things, not only do I drink it as it good for you, aids in both digestion and mental functions, I also use it in my tomato sauce that I make for chili, which also I can not make because here we are 8 days into December and I have yet to raise the $500 I need to buy #food and #groceries you know those basic things one needs to live, I have begged and begged, but because I am a single man that is 47 disabled and in poverty, people seem to think who cares this guy can suffer why bother helping him, they dont care I spend the year suffering and going hungry far to often, they dont care my health is not great and getting worse, they dont care I need a decent supportive mattress to sleep on or clothing to wear, no people really dont care, they dont care about the extreme pain I am constantly in, they dont care that a little support and compassion can really transform a life of overwhelming hell, no people simply dont care, and to make it worst we are seeing another year pass, the holidays are here but people dont care, no tree to put up, no presents for me, no meal to enjoy no people dont care, for another year that would traumatize you with perpetual fear, but when it comes to me not a single one cares;
