I try not to link to Substack for reasons, but this is useful resource for advocates in #FOSS.

From the rando trying to debate in your favorite forge, to someone at the latest conference, to your free software nonprofit-turned-AI-booster, to the veteran senior engineer at big tech shilling for their company, to the professor desperate for free labor on their next taxpayer grant.

These arguments for education could be adapted to #OpenSource.
