I would like to motivate users to pick different homeservers and make #matrix more decentralized. That's why I invented this new sign up flow and I would like to have some feedback from you.
There is one homeserver always preselected for those who might be overwhelmed by this choice (currently matrix.org). However at some point I guess we need to make a compromise between decentralization and user-friendliness. What do you think? Would this work or make the onboarding too complicated?
