WhatsApp prueba un límite mensual para mensajes sin respuesta a desconocidos
WhatsApp, está implementando una nueva medida para reducir el spam y mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios. La compañía está probando un límite mensual en la cantidad de mensajes que personas y empresas pueden enviar a contactos desconocidos si no reciben respuesta. Esto afecta especialmente a spammers y a mensajes masivos de negocios, pero no al usuario promedio.
¿Cómo funciona este nuevo límite?
• Cada mensaje enviado a un contacto desconocido que no responde se suma al límite.
• Por ejemplo, si envías 3 mensajes a alguien que no te contesta, esos 3 mensajes cuentan dentro del límite mensual.
• Si la persona o empresa recibe una respuesta, esos mensajes ya no se contabilizan en el límite, incentivando la conversación bidireccional.
• Los mensajes enviados a contactos que tienen al remitente guardado no se suman al límite.
Avisos y prevención de bloqueos
• Cuando el usuario o empresa se acerque al límite, WhatsApp mostrará una advertencia con un pop-up en la app.
• La notificación indicará cuántos mensajes quedan disponibles antes de alcanzar el tope, para que puedan ajustar su forma de enviar mensajes y evitar bloqueos temporales.

Vengo de dejar de seguir a los que dejaron de publicar desde finales de 2024.
Muy sorprendido que en mastodon se puede ordenar, filtrar y marcar todos estos por fecha antigüedad.
Definitivamente #Mastodon es un rey en ayudar al usuario.
