You can't see them on every app but the #Mastodon feature 'personal note' is quite useful. You find it directly under the name of a #profile. https://fedi.tips/what-are-notes-on-mastodon-what-does-click-to-add-note-mean-on-mastodon-profiles/
I use it for notes why I #blocked / #muted s'o or whom I have to #block if they bring one more 💩. I often laugh: What if other people could read my notes! 😱😈 I'm straightforward and I don't hold back with very imaginative swear words. 😂
