Honestly, I consider the mastodon's "Post pending" on quoted toot as The Most Stupidest Idea Ever.
I am opening my Tusky, which do not have the support for quotes at all, and I am getting a proper link to the quoted toot. Which is much better solution than this annoying crap.

Virup.social er bygget af en del forskellige komponenter/services/værktøjer som jeg vil prøve at fortælle lidt om.🧵
Først og fremmest er der selvfølgelig #Mastodon, nok den mest udbredte Fødivers software.
Vi bruger #Authentik som IdP, dvs. til brugerhåndtering. Jeg håber at det vil tilføje noget fleksibilitet i forhold til på sigt at styre brugeradgange gennem medlemskab af en forening.
Foran det hele ligger #Traefik som er en "reverse proxy". Den dirigerer trafikken til de rigtige services.

hmmm mastodon is being weird lately. I use advanced web interface BTW. Notifications badge isn't going away. Even after refreshing the page. And longer posts all have "read more" now, which makes reading threads made of longer posts a PITA. I don't see any settings on my end to fix this. #Mastodon

Mouse-over seems to not work for alt-text when an image is expanded. I recall it did before 4.5.0. Perhaps it's just affecting Firefox in Linux.
