I once again am here to complain about the use of Sans Serif in the body text of... everything(!). Stop. Serif was made for this and is easier to read. Sans Serif is for headings. Stop collectively forgetting all the UX progress that was made before the web started to erode the standards.

Weird. Element overflows happened in a series of toots from the same person. They are boosted. Not sure what's up there, because it's not a lot of text - 252 characters for the first one. Each toot has one overflow (this element is causing an overflow in another element). I haven't tracked down the griper. Looking at it in a text editor, the overflow line ends with 202c in angle brackets, which is space followed by comma in ASCII.
Mastodon is also blocking an inline style from being applied "because it violates the following directive: style-src 'self'" - not a problem to me.
Not understanding the cause of the overflows. I see them in this thread:
