Bad actors are caught quickly precisely because you can quickly set up an account elsewhere and relatively easily prove if your admin is being an idiot.
So it self-heals, it is a network of trust
In exchange: we're free to be gay, we're free to be ADHDers, we're free to talk about our struggles beause of neurodivergences, or because of long COVID, or our fascination with the pink colour, or how our penis surgeries are going (trans masc), or this incredibly time wasting new hobbie we got sucked in, all while the network keeps to a minimum and provides the tools for:
1. Defederating rude people.
2. Block spam.
