Holy shit, I haven't waded into my Linkedin notifications settings in a while but decided it was time because I've been getting way more emails lately. What the actual fffffffff... 13 categories, from 1-10 different notification settings per category, and you have 2.5 notification methods you have to turn off individually. And this is apparently the new simplified view? Why don't you just let me turn off email/push for everything at once? #linkedin #microsoft

I have a LinkedIn account that I haven't used in ages. I recently tried to log in to delete it and managed to type the wrong password too many times. Now LinkedIn wants me to provide them with a government-issued identification document to recover my password. That's not gonna happen. They've not made it easy to reach any kind of support services unless you're logged in, but after some digging I managed to find a link to a form all the way at the bottom of this page:
