Have just seen a post on #LinkedIn saying that someone can see people they’ve blocked making it unsafe for them.

I checked my block list, and sure enough, even though it says the people are blocked, I can still see them.

This is not good.
There’s one from the community who publicly bullied and tried to affect my reputation who I needed to block to feel safe on the platform - and if blocking is no longer working, well… and it doesn’t help that this person is seen as a champion for the community, and yet behind doors…

And yes, I know LinkedIn is a hell hole.

I've just published linkedin.com/pulse/ai-wont-rep on #linkedin about how AI won't replace humans because we have the imagination.

We complain about and make fun of LinkedIn content, but it gets even worse when you realize that many people are not pretending and behave like that in real life.

@wink
I keep thinking about your post as I recently wondered what the real benefit over an addressbook is.

To me: I go there and see where someone works right now (or did work). The address book is outdated the moment I hit save. 🤔
