LinkedIn scannt den Browser. Bei jedem Seitenaufruf.
Fairlinked e.V. hat dokumentiert, was LinkedIn im Hintergrund macht: Jedes Mal wenn man linkedin.com aufruft, durchsucht versteckter Code den Rechner nach installierten Browser-Extensions und schickt die Ergebnisse an LinkedIn-Server und Drittfirmen.
Das Ganze passiert nicht anonym.

LinkedIn ne devrait pas faire ce type de scan, mais la précision me semble importante.

[This affects Chrome and Chromium browsers, which includes Vivaldi unfortunately. Notably, LinkedIn uses real names, and they are able to build quite a bit of info on you.]
Researchers have determined that Microsoft's LinkedIn is scanning browser plug-ins and other information without permission, building user profiles using data that the company did not get permission to take.

À noter que Brave est aussi concerné par le scan massif de LinkedIn (vérifié avec un Brave fraîchement installé sous Linux)
Pour celles et ceux qui croient encore que Brave est un navigateur aussi efficace que Firefox + uBlock Origin, voici un exemple.
