Okay so I accidentality just stumbled onto the knowledge that Instagram pushes far right wing content onto new accounts.
I created a completely fresh new Instagram account with a new email, no number attached, etc. It had nothing at all to work with and after signing up to presented this screen with suggested accounts to follow with, 5 of them auto selected and only requiring me to hit "Follow" to confirm.
