But it looks like reporting to this instance akkoma.neoeden.org is likely to be futile; instead, an admin-level #block (and #blocklisting) of the entire instance is likely to be needed. AFAICT this #racist harasser is the only user there. Admins, please take note if you see this.
He is himself likely to be the admin there. For the same reason, I wouldn't count on any suspension of his account being permanent. Whole instance block is still needed.

#FediBlock for don.linxx.net - Several new & active accounts are in clear support of Israel despite the genocide of Palestinians over decades (including denial of it happening), some are also pushing the bullshit that actually Israel needs to be the region to free Gaza from Hamas (which is wrong on so many levels).
The lead admin appears to be fairly dormant, only posting the same two things every couple of days, doubtful any reports of their newer users will matter. The instance itself is also open registration with no review, so unless all offending accounts get purged & registration at least placed behind a review step, it will continue to harbor Zionists.
I would specify any individual users as the instance itself hosts a decent handful, however the majority of older accounts seem to be dormant, and the newer ones that I cannot immediately verify as being normal about things or not are very few when compared to the newer accounts promoting Zionism and boosting the idea that "supporting Palestine means supporting antisemitism."
IMO, any instance that clearly permits Zionism and users spreading the idea that any and all support of Palestine makes you antisemitic be default is one that needs to be shuttered for the safety of everyone else. Israel is a colonial project and had been one long before the nation itself existed. It is a project that begs for white supremacists and other colonists to join in because any convert can claim Israeli citizenship under Right to Return (I am not joking).
(The instance isn't on my blocklist for this instance just yet because I can't do that from my phone apparently, but it will be added in the morning)
