More accurate title: Human Meta developer caused security incident by following GenAI advice and lack of secure Meta development controls
This was not a "rogue AI" that misbehaved. The GenAI bot was performing as expected: providing believable, yet garbage and dangerous output.
More importantly, it was a human that performed the actual changes by acting on inaccurate GenAI information and lack of technical controls and policies by Meta. It should be clear by now that GenAI output is not to be trusted, yet this human followed the GenAI output without properly understanding or validating the provided information. Additionally, Meta's development controls and security tools failed to stop the harmful changes from being made by the human.

Tag 57.
Nach meiner Rechnung wäre Bodyshred #7 jetzt durch, aber in Nitas E-Mail steht, dass es bis Sonntag geht. 60 Tage. Ich komme auf 61 Tage, wenn ich das mal nachzähle. Das liebgewonnene, kniefreunliche Tabata-Set wird durchexerziert. Von nüschd kommt nüschd.
Tag 58.
Tabata am Morgen und eine Runde Ganzkörperkraft nach Feierabend. Ich hab' jetzt neuerdings auch Gym-Buddies. Kostet 1€ pro Woche bei #WellYou (https://wellyou.eu/), daher kann mensch das mal ganz unverbindlich und niedrigschwellig im Freundeskreis anbieten. Zu zweit ist dann doch irgendwie nicer als alleine.

Tabata. Kniefreundlich und gut :)
Tag 60.
Bei meinem Krafttraining in der Muckibude habe ich ein paar Parameter geändert - keine #ElbowPlanks mehr, dafür #Bauchmuskelmaschine . Außerdem gehen #LateralRaises , #ChestPress und #Latzug im Gewicht hoch.
Tag 61.
Nach dem morgendlichen #Tabata mache ich das Abschlußfoto für Nita.
Fazit vom siebten Durchgang Bodyshred: Enttäuschend.
Hauptkommunikationskanal ist weiterhin #Facebook , die wöchentlichen Nachrichten sind zwar mittlerweile an die Zeitzonen der Teilnehmenden angepasst, aber der Inhalt schein Copy-Paste-Lazyness. Teils ganze Absätze sind wortgleich mit den Nachrichten vergangener Editionen. Krasser wird's noch bei den Büchern, da wurde teilweise nicht einmal die Nummer der Iteration angepasst. Das Shirt ist dieses Jahr auch verdammt hässlich und ich musste dafür noch - zusätzlich zu Teilnahmegebühren in denen das Shirt ja inkludiert ist - Zoll bezahlen beim Abholen an der Poststation.
Was bleibt: Das Tabata ist zur täglichen Routine geworden, das werde ich beibehalten (hier nochmal die URL zum mitschreiben: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=47onZogZMHk)
Was kommt: Der 100km Mammut in Berlin ist am 16.5.26. Ich habe schonmal das Trainingspensum leicht hochgeschraubt, auch um die notwendige Ausrüstung zu prüfen und abzustimmen.
