The whole thing is hosted on FreeBSD in a jail on an energy-saving ARM VPS :)

Just last week, we were talking about how #ATproto and #ActivityPub people need to be nicer to each other and should accept that both will be part of the future of an open social network. Then this week, we get a great example of how dealing with a breaking news story can lead to very different approaches on the different systems, that have huge implications for our civic life. #CharlieKirk
So can we argue about that or nah?

this is exactly why I've hoped the future would be #ActivityPub instead. see @mondoweiss. an outlet running fully independently on the social web, surely pissing off lots of powerful people by criticizing Israel and yet there's nobody between them and us deciding their articles should go viral.

Eu posso estar enganado na minha ideia, mas e se... E SE... O #fediverso / #ActivityPub pudesse ser usado com o OpenStreetMaps?
Principalmente para reviews de restaurantes, hotéis e outros pontos de interesse publicados por federações.
Talvez até um crowdsourcing federado de informações sobre transporte, mas não sei a praticidade da logística disso...
