mods to the NodeInfo spec so we can all know how many moderators are handing content moderation on any given instance in the fediverse. The idea came from @jwildeboer@social.wildeboer.net wanting to know the ratio of mods:users on a instance.@mariusor lmaoo I figured it out
oni is returning this content-type:
Content-Type: application/ld+json;profile=https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams
Mastodon, very strictly, requites this content-type (https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/blob/aa7bcd3ae3ec7e10e31549f6f3df67c7dcb65c72/app/helpers/json_ld_helper.rb#L237):
Content-Type: application/ld+json; profile="https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams"
Which is incredibly frustrating because I knew it was the content-type because it's always the content-type, but when I first looked at it I didn't see the missing quotation marks in the profile url.
But, when you force it to use the other content-type it shows up fine in mastodon/activitypub.academy:

Emerged from another Yak Shaving exercise to implement Add, Remove and Move activities processing in #GoActivityPub 🧑🍳
@GroupNebula563 @viharm
- I've found lowendtalk.com (the forum of lowendbox.com) a good avenue for investigation for ?who hosts #activitypub stuff on what.
- also #yunohost if you decide you want to use an old mobile phone or something.

Just wrote a feature request for attaching dates to posts on the #mastodon #GitHub. Think that would be a really great feature feel free to leave some thumbs 😇.
PS: I'm not always quite sure which #ActivityPub based microblogging server's community I should address with such things, but I guess mastodon is the most widely used server and thus if they implement it, it's most likely that other servers and clients will follow right?
Meine Bericht vom #FediDay am vergangenen Samstag:

(Seltsam, gerade bei hier versagt die #ActivityPub Anbindung des Wordpress-Blogs. Also Crossposting, hmpf.
Best paragraph by @bruno in this thoughtfully written piece about #Bluesky:
> When people say 'decentralized social media', most people think of #Mastodon, or more properly the #ActivityPub protocol that Mastodon implements. But AT Proto is not really decentralized in the same way as ActivityPub. People don't necessarily realize this because if you try to explain to someone how AT Proto works, they immediately go to sleep, but let's try anyway.

Checking out Bonfire's latest release. This Federation Status dashboard is pretty cool.
And get this - it's not just visible to admins - end users can see the same, just filtered to their OWN processes.
That's really helpful if you're trying to debug an issue with another platform development team.

Welcome to the Fediverse!
There is one true, universal standard on the Fediverse:
1) Nazis are not welcome or tolerated — ever.
No matter which platform you use — Mastodon, Misskey, PixelFed, PeerTube, or any of the many others — you’re part of a larger, connected network. And in that network, Nazis are removed quickly and decisively.
