Recently my #unity installation stopped working on my windows machine (froze the whole system at initialising graphics). So I installed #Ubuntu on it and unity worked fine.
Now, when I `prime-select nvidia`, #Vulkan games via #proton won’t run. If I `prime-select on-demand` the games won’t use the dedicated #nvidia GPU.
So if I get a new PC, I obsiously have to decide: reliably working unity (Ubuntu) or reliably working games (windows).

So, there's a #unity bug since at least 2022.3.4f1 that sometimes pop up, and still nowadays appear, that on deserialization resets the y coordinate of rect transforms (in my case, of the anchorMin and anchorMax).
It sounds such an insane combination that I was _sure_ it had to be some script of mine which was incorrectly setting something, instead...

Call for activist research -- I'm interested in any theories (academic and not) that discuss how oppressive practices are often unified, but resistance is often divided. The researcher I know who discusses this has committed multiple acts of sexual assault, etc, so I would prefer to find another source. Likely, there will be someone preceding them, as is often the case.
