It's also so frustrating that this is the default behavior of presentation detents. The cells literally disappear into the background in fullscreen. Yes, I can try to swoop into this transition and set it to the right color myself, but... ehhh.
And they showed it exactly like this in their WWDC session. What does that tell us? Do they encourage this?

When doing a zoom transition from a button, there is one frame on dismiss where the layout breaks. Sigh. Let's see if I can fix that myself or if the system is at fault. #SwiftUI
