Raspberry Pi Workshop
Datenburg e.V, Donnerstag, 16. Oktober um 19:00 MESZ
Am Donnerstag, den 16.10., ab 19 Uhr findet unser nächster kostenloser Workshop in der Datenburg statt. Diesmal dreht sich alles um das Thema „Wetterstation“. Gemeinsam basteln wir ein kleines Anzeigeprogramm, das das aktuelle Wetter für einen bestimmten Ort aus dem Internet holt und übersichtlich anzeigt.
Im Workshop steht der Austausch und das gegenseitige Helfen im Vordergrund. Ich unterstütze Sie dabei, moderiere die Diskussionen und stehe für Fragen zur Verfügung.
Jeder ist willkommen, vom Anfänger bis zum IT-Profi!
Lassen Sie sich diese Gelegenheit nicht entgehen, andere Pi-Enthusiasten zu treffen und Ihr Wissen in einer unterhaltsamen und interaktiven Umgebung zu erweitern. Machen Sie sich bereit, Ihre Kreativität mit dem Raspberry Pi Workshop zu entfalten!
Folgende Materialien sollten mitgebracht werden:
Raspberry Pi: Ein Raspberry Pi (vorzugsweise Raspberry Pi 3 oder neuer).
SD-Karte: Mindestens 16 GB Speicherplatz.
Stromversorgung: 5V-Netzadapter mit passendem USB-Anschluss für den Raspberry Pi.
Display: HDMI-Adapter auf Standard HDMI (Type A).
Gehäuse: Ein Gehäuse für den Raspberry Pi zur Sicherheit und zum Schutz.
Ort:
Datenburg e.V. Bornheimer Straße 25, 53225 Bonn (Fußläufig von der Haltestelle Stadthaus zu erreichen)

So, here's this weeks spare time result:
A Multitouch PhotoTile App built with #haxe #Lime and #SDL3 running on a #RaspberryPi 5 with the #Wayland Video Driver and #Labwc ..
Oh and the photos are mine..
shot with a cheap clipon smartphone lens over the last couple of years.
A project I call "DichtbijKijker"
-> dutch compound word meaning a person looking up close , but also a wordplay on the dutch word for Binoculars: "Verrekijker" with the opposite meaning

Ok, that was easy but unexpected.
Appearently labwc has mouse-emulation turned on by default. So you need to edit it in ` ~/.config/labwc/rc.xml ` and reboot to get multitouch working.

I have sucessfully (I think) upgraded #RaspberryPi 4 #Debian from #Bullseye to #bookworm
EmulationStation starts up, controllers are controlling, so I guess it’s all good.
HOWEVER…
I’ve had a shitload of issues with Debian repositories, which were sometimes working, sometimes not. Could not be resolved, then could be, but not connected…
I guess the real challenge will be moving my Raspberry 5 with all the docker containers (inc. Home Assistant) to #Trixie…
