Hat jemand Erfahrungen mit lokaler #LLM Inferenz auf Mini Systemen wie #raspberrypi oder #zimablade ?

Ziel wäre ein kleines Modell wie Llama 7b in Verbindung mit einem #obsidianmd vault zu nutzen. Sozusagen ein:e mini Archivar:in um den Vault sinnvoll zu vernetzen. Das Ganze mit so wenig overhead wie möglich und CPU-basiert🤔

Really happy to finally open source *Ghostwriter* today.

I built it because I wanted a calmer way to keep up with feeds, newsletters, podcasts, YouTube videos, and saved Wallabag articles. It pulls everything together, cleans it up, can summarize with AI, and turns it into readable EPUB digests.

Self-hosted, Raspberry Pi-friendly, and something I’m genuinely proud of.

Diese Speicher-Chip Preiskrise wird allmählich echt albern...

Durch Basteleien mit dem #Raspberrypi und Rumdaddeln mit diversen #retrogaming #Handheld Konsolen habe ich einen (denke ich) überdurchschnittlich hohen Bedarf an 64GB #MicroSD Karten.

Ich hatte die preislich je nach Fabrikat immer so mit 9-15€ im Kopf verbucht. Jetzt musste ich mir über das Wochenende ein paar neue bestellen, für 30€! Das sind 60 Mark, oder 120 Ostmark! 1200 auf dem Schwarzmarkt!

Just spent 1 hour monitoring my Samsung phone + TV with my BashLab Privacy Box.
Result: hundreds of hidden calls to trackers, ads, analytics, telemetry endpoints.

Even when I wasn’t touching the devices.
Your “smart” home is leaking data nonstop.

Mine isn’t anymore.

Hatte noch einen Raspberry Pi4, daraus ist jetzt mein TravelPi geworden, noch ist das ganze provisorisch ohne weitere installierte Blocklisten, ssh funktioniert, Aktualisierungen funktionieren auch.

I had a spare Raspberry Pi 4, which I've now turned into my TravelPi, it's still a bit of a work in progress, haven't installed any blocklists yet but SSH works, and updates are working too.

I’ve built three tiny privacy machines powered by cheap Raspberry Pis:

• A Pi‑hole DNS filter that eats ads for breakfast
• A NordLynx VPN gateway for full‑house privacy
• A WireGuard + ProtonVPN gateway for a free, secure option

Everyone should have at least one of these at home. Seriously.
