The #RaspberryPi 3 was sadly too old to run #HomeAssistant in any configuration I tried (took days of futzing, ugh) 😭
So I bought a RPi 5 and that worked right out of the gate!
My #NFC stickers had already arrived so once HA was up and running I wrote tags on them with the HA app, and placed them near their related task.
Took under 5 minutes to set up the little automations and now I can see if I've done my routines on a dashboard!

Gestern Abend mein Pi-Hole abgebaut. Eigentlich ein schönes #RaspberryPi-Projekt, das Werbung blockt. Anzeigen werden unsichtbar und Weiterleitungen mit Zähler geblockt. Allerdings konnte ich gestern gar nicht mehr ins Internet. Interessanterweise war nur mein WLAN und LAN geblockt. Gäste-WLAN ging. Nu sind alle Einstellungen im Router rückgängig gemacht. Dabei lief es monatelang problemlos. Ich habe aber schon interessante Alternativen im Blick.

We’ve worked many hours improving this 3D model. We’re planning to print many of them with PETG (with pictures to come).
Planning for a large deployment. Hint: they mount Raspberry Pi’s into a datacenter rack.
