Tu as raison, "on est rarement pile en face" mais je trouve que je suis un peu trop souvent "pile à côté". 🤪
À mon grand âge, je rêve encore un peu trop (un jour, je ferai du #python autrement qu'à titre perso)
Ta remarque me conforte dans le choix que je m'apprête à faire si je dois investir sur un des 2.

Okay, it was that time of the year when your #nixpkgs #python packager was deprecated beyond repair, so had to switch.
From the deprecated (but great while active) mach-nix, tried pip2nix only to be confused, and accidentally landed on uv + uv2nix. These allegedly work without flakes too, but I had weird missing attributes, so went with flakes.
Then I found flake-compat to integrate the flake back into my legacy nix. (builtins.getFlake is useless due to needing absolute path for this).

Bon bah voilà : avec le passage à #Fedora 43 / #Gnome 49, #Gedit ne supporte plus les plugins écrits en #python.
Et comme je suis très dépendant des plugins que j'ai écrits, et que je n'ai tout simplement pas le temps d'apprendre Rust ou Vala...
Plus de 20 ans que j'utilise ce logiciel...
Je vais être obliger de me tourner vers un autre outil sur lequel je porterai mes plugins...
