@C3nC3 apart from credit card purchases while on vacation, I usually go through the French national CB circuit, supported by most credit cards issued in the country.
It's up to the card holder's bank to choose whether a physical #payment gets through #CB, #Mastercard or #Visa
However I do still use #Paypal for online payments instead of SEPA transfers whenever I deal with a given company or seller for the first time, because of the fraud protection they provide.

Такой подход, по словам компании, физически исключает установку моделей на боевые #Drones или автономные роботизированные платформы.
Глава Пентагона #PeteHegseth уже приветствовал соглашение, назвав #OpenAI «надёжным партнёром». В то же время #Anthropic готовится оспаривать в суде статус угрозы для цепочек поставок и возможный запрет на участие в государственных контрактах США.
Сам #SamAltman публично призвал #Pentagon предложить аналогичные условия всем разработчикам #ArtificialIntelligence и снизить напряжение вокруг конфликта с #Anthropic. По его словам, для защиты демократии военным действительно нужны передовые технологии, но с чёткими ограничителями и механизмами безопасности.
Ситуация вызывает дополнительный интерес ещё и потому, что выбор #OpenAI может объясняться не только технологическими возможностями, но и большей гибкостью в вопросах регулирования #AI. В отличие от жёсткой позиции #Anthropic, компания Альтмана показала готовность к компромиссам, позволяющим #USGov формально соблюдать ограничения и одновременно сохранять доступ к передовым разработкам.
Немаловажную роль играет и фактор #SiliconValley. Ранее Альтман возглавлял #YCombinator, который традиционно связан с кругом предпринимателей, известным как #PayPalMafia.

After a restless pain filled sleepless night, the old man drags his breathless lifeless corpse out of a sunken bed of jagged shards of thorny glass and rock, unable to yet see the old man drags himself off to prepare his coffee, as his hand tremble he pours in the water and counts the scoops of grind, fumbling he manages to plug in the percolator, as the coffee begins to perc, he shuffles off to the toilet where his bowels in a defiant hungerous rage bellow out in pain, in the mirror a face blankly stares off into the abyss, his hair and beard greasy and disheveled, the old man disrobes and enters the steaming shower, where the boiling water offers no relief to his withered pain filled body, he brushes his teeth and washes his hair and beard, as the water pours over him his hands struggle to grasp the soap as he washes his decrepit body, exhausted he shuts off the water and begins to dry off, gingerly slipping out of the shower he begins the arduous task of brushing out his hair and beard, finally he slips on a clean t shirt and shuffles back to his bed where he struggles to pull on his socks, pants and boots, he pours a cup of coffee and gently packs scraps of tobacco into his pipe, he pulls on his coat and slides out the door, the morning is dark the air mild and heavy as the moisture lends the environment to a mild sauna, as the world begins to rise, not a single soul takes notice of the enduring plight of hell the old man is in;

I have not been feeling that great recently, I mean I can't remember when I actually felt good, but between the incredibly poor sleep, horbile poverty diet, the constant pain, I have just really felt run down more than usual, what energy I start the day with is often depleted fairly quickly, with very little effort on my part, on top of barely having food to actually eat, over the past month or so my appetite has really plumetited, I am kind of hungry now but between not actually having really anything to eat and how I'm feeling, it's like it really does not matter, the past 2 months I have been trying to some new supplements and vitamins, to make up for the deficiencies and to maybe help some of my inflammation and blood pressure roller coaster, I have had little difference on those fronts, my water intake has stayed the same and my output seems to be ok, but I am having harder and harder time moving and every movement seems labored, my executive cognitive function is declining, it is becoming harder and harder to do simple and basic things, even thinking this out to put it words between my hands struggling to type and actually find the correct words and spelling them right the first time, is a chore, trying to read anything on screen or paper is a battle between blurry and focus the words look like spiraling alien hieroglyphics, anyways, I am really simply not feeling good and I can't exactly describe how I am feeling either I simply lack the function to, I am currently 21days away from becoming 48, but being disabled and existing in poverty for so long it's more like 21 days until I am 88;
