For the paths we forge in hunger of greed are often disguised as a winning theme, but those that are trampled upon the way are those that where humbled by poverty, for the gnawing pain of suffering is the enduring agony of screaming above those who live in vein, for the desperation to navigate each when your body yearns for rest and thirsts for more, is more than most would care to bear, yet in the face of overwhelming misery humanity has tossed so many away, from the starving child, to the wounded vet, to grandmas pills and grandpas will, we scream and cry about those who have died, but for those alive we have no thought at all, to set aside a simple dime to feed and house to heal the sick, to open our hearts to those in need, we have no time for we cant see, that in a step we could all be in a horrible mess;
