Okay, so let us go trough some examples of possible “excuses”:
- disability;
- is that why Fedora ships without a working screen reader, because people without sight don't contribute enough?
- poverty
- often impoverished people have to spend a lot of resources to stay afloat, working multiple jobs, is it now okay to force them to buy a laptop for Windows 11, because don't have the extra to contribute?
