Ohhh. I missed this so far.
I think this makes sense: browsers are one of *the* most fundamental digital public goods at this point. (Right after a mobile OS.)
I'd have preferred if they had picked #Firefox or #Verso, but hey, poking #Google gets my vote too 🙂

Lees ik dit nu goed? Echt goede code blijft binnen bedrijven? Serieus? Ook binnen bedrijven wordt slechte code geschreven. Is alleen moeilijk te controleren want je hebt er geen toegang toe. Daarnaast wordt er ook ontzettend goede open source software geschreven, ook door hobbyprojecten.

Just read that Android is locking down on apk sideloads. All apps must be verified through the Play Store and signed.
At this point, iPhones seem like the better option going forward. There's nothing that Android would offer any more.
