Spannender Artikel zu Einsatz von #OpenSource in der Schul-IT mit Interviews von der Stadt Lübeck und dem Wetteraukreis.
Beide haben wirklich tolle IT-Projekte für ihre Schulen umgesetzt und dabei sehr auf digitale Unabhängigkeit geachtet.
UCS@school 
wird in beiden Szenarien als Plattform eingesetzt, an die unterschiedliche Anwendungen integriert wurden und sich nun zentral verwalten und den Nutzer*inne bereitstellen lassen.

Staying motivated in your #OpenSource project isn't always easy in the long-run. Here are some tips I've learned:
✅ Schedule a fixed time window: try to set a daily time window to dedicate to your project
✅ Speak with someone: try to discussion with somebody or join an online community
✅ Speak about the project: speak about your project every time you can
✅ Release small improvements consistently: it's better to publish many small improvements than to wait for the "perfect" release
