Honestly, I understand the benefits of having a mobile OS and Phone that relies on open source software and reverse engineered proprietary essentials.
They need to before anything address the issue of apps that general users will expect and want to use if they are to make a LibrePhone fetch.
Nothing reduces these projects to an interesting niche product more than lacking apps that Android or iOS have access to. Sadly, general users might not be too keen to use open source alternatives.
There also needs to be a GUI for everything and no reliance on a terminal (power users and experienced people could naturally summon it as needed).
