又搭建了一个Matirx服务器，用的是dendrite，本来想把Matrix handle换成 moe.pub的，但是发现对Misskey/compose.yml的Caddy配置会阻挡部分JS，只能继续保持matrix.moe.pub这个handle了...

Had a bizzare incident on Matrix this week…
A few days ago someone sent me an unsolicited invite to join a room. At the time I was focussing on prepping for my colonoscopy, so while I could interact in an asynchronous discussion on Mastodon, I didn't fancy getting tied up in a real-time chat.
So I just quietly shut down the client and left it for a few days. This evening, I check on things from the tablet… where I had left the client running (but had put the tablet to sleep). Sure enough, the invite was there.
I had a close look, it was some sort of gaming channel from what I could see, no explanation, and no real thought why that would interest me or why I'd be invited… so I declined.
Moments later, someone else tried to invite me to the same channel. I had a look at the invite, scratched my head, shrugged, and declined.
Took about 30 seconds, then the invite was back, same person. This repeated a few times.
Finally I took a screenshot and messaged the person sending the invite… "Why am I receiving this?" Nothing. No acknowledgement. I gave it a few minutes as clearly they were online (otherwise why would they keep sending invites)… then closed the channel and this time, hit "decline and block" on the invite.
I don't mind talking privately with someone 1:1 and if they think I might be interested in a channel, talking it over with me… but an unsolicited room invite? Sorry, I'll decline if it isn't immediately obvious why I'd be joining.

Diese Woche wurde mir eine interessante Problematik in einem PoC berichtet. Es ging um die Einführung des #BundesMessenger aka #Matrix-Client.
Das Produkt ist FOSS und wurde auch für den hashtag#DStack diskutiert. Bisher war ich daher auch ein Befürworter, hatte mich aber gewundert, dass die Verbreitung bisher so gering zu sein scheint.
