Remain disappointing that current advanced web client for #Mastodon treats filters as CWs.
First, because it makes it hard to find actual CW'd posts when the filters are working overtime. Ends up becoming an exercise in just ignoring all of it and thus sacrificing CWs lost in the noise.
Second, because unlike the 3.x implementation, it means filtered posts still take up far too much screen real estate. The whole point of the filter was supposed to be that the items in question weren't in one's face.
So, on a day like today, it's a situation of trying to find the few posts one wants to read when five filtered CW-mimicking posts can take up an entire column, where before each of those posts would have been a line of text, without any of the UI tooling of a pull post.
