Whatever happened to #Mastodon 4.5.8 and #Safari 26.4, I‘m constantly accidentally clicking on something underneath the float-in menu bar, because it‘s only hit-tested when it‘s not animating anymore.
Which is mildly annoying.

Finally alt-text for profile pics and banners, that's REALLY nice. And it'll free up space for those that used their profile info or custom fields for it so far.
Filtering someone's posts by "featured hashtags" is nice, if used properly, I like it.
And FINALLY a way to "just show posts", so I can finally check what a person posts, and not their million boosts, when deciding to follow or not. 😁
What I don't like is the removal of the "following you" badge.
And option to hide it for peace of mind, I would've understood that.
But it's small, basically transparent and nice. I don't see the reasoning for "minimal information" if...it really caused no problems. I'd prefer to keep it...
But overall, very nice!
