Hopefully #Mastodon survives another 13 years until I retire at 65 from #socialweb and #fediverse and go build a tiny cabin in the woods somewhere without the #internet đ

**Slavic Uncovered is a relaxed, honest podcast exploring naturism, sensuality and the natural lifestyle from a womanâs perspective.**
Welcome!
In the pilot episode of Slavic Uncovered, I introduce the heart of the series: an open, honest exploration of naturism as a lifestyle, told primarily from my perspective as a woman. I explain what naturism â or nudism â really is and clarify what it isnât â not exhibitionism, not performance, and not automatically sexual.
The series will share how my own journey began through simple experiences like sauna culture and time spent in nature, and how those moments gradually shifted my confidence and relationship with my body. For me, naturism became less about being seen and more about not hiding.
The short first episode outlines what listeners can expect: short, 15-minute conversations about everyday naturist life, travel, spa culture and the emotional side of living naturally. The podcast will also explore themes such as intimacy, sensuality, relationships and self-acceptance; Some episodes will be solo reflections, while others will include guest perspectives...
@hikingdude Yeah, it definitely means a "lot of green" later, but it was perhaps a bit too much of it! In roughly about 10 days, we had more rain than in nearly 2 years! đłđ€Ż
Bailing water out of the house for over a week wasn't much fun, I tell ya! đ
RE: Old account, yeah, deleted all of my online life by mid-December, because I needed to focus on home nursing and care-giving. It's all good now, thank goodness! Slowly resurfacing again, had to create a new account and resume my #Mastodon mojo.
it's #easter ! I'm back and I decided to join #Mastodon ! If you don't know me, I'm Jesus. Yeah, that #Jesus.
I'm back. I'm #stoned. I'm #trans. And I'm here to desecrate every sacred cow that was never sacred to begin with.
Dad (#god) ghosted me after the #crucifix thing. The #church turned my mushroom-fueled ramblings into a global control system. Cool. Great... Love that for humanity...
I will post daily profanities and real stories about my life! #follow me!
@ente
- #Mapy Navigation ersetzt Apple Navi. Rasend schnell und sehr zuverlÀssig. Ich bin begeistert! Aktuell an Platz 2.
#dutgemacht

**Florida agent sells to people who are naked and unafraid to buy property**
April Genter specializes in nudist real estate in Pasco County
By Trevor Fraser, April 2, 2026
Key takeaways
A niche real estate agent helped unlock a largely overlooked housing market in Pasco Countyâs nudist communities and built a business that stayed strong even during the housing crash.
Nudist communities vary widely in amenities, housing types and culture, making specialized local knowledge key to matching buyers with the right fit.
Buyers benefit most when they focus on lifestyle and community feel, not just the home, by visiting, observing interactions and testing whether the environment suits them.
When it comes to selling homes in nudist colonies, April Genter has got you covered.
With warm, sunny days and dozens of lakes and rivers, itâs no mystery why Pasco County, Florida, is widely considered the nudist capital of the United States. The picturesque county north of Tampa boasts 11 clothing-optional communities.
Genter, with Charles Rutenberg Realty, has specialized in selling homes in nudist communities since 2007, a year after receiving her license.
Genter said she discovered her niche when she was working as a part-time bartender at one of the nudist resorts. âPeople would find out I was in real estate, and theyâd ask me to list their house,â she told Homes.com News.
Most homes in the communities werenât listed on the Multiple Listing Service at the time, according to Genter. âI was told by other Realtors, âOh, that doesnât work.â But it did!â
Not only did it pay off, but business stayed strong even when the wider housing market collapsed the following year. âThose nudist communities did well for an extra couple of years,â she said....
