Selittäkääpä kuin vanhalle kampipuhelimen käyttäjälle miten sitä quotea/lainausta käytetään. Instanssin versio riittää ja kummallakin osapuolella on ”vain seuraajat” oletuksena.
Olen utelias näkemään toiminnon livenä, koska en ymmärrä miksi siitä keuhkotaan. Kun kuvausten mukaan kyse on buustauksesta, jollain tavalla. Tai sitten kopioinnista. Tai jostain.

I still wish I could add not only accounts to #Mastodon #lists, but also #hashtags. Would make topical lists so much easier.

Mastodon servers running the experimental ("nightly") version of Mastodon may have quote-tooting now active.
If it is active, it should work by clicking a post's boost 🔁 button, which offers the option to quote if the account has opted into quoting.
Don't worry if it's not yet active for you, this is just on experimental Mastodon as the feature is still being tested.
Quoting will be released in the next server software version (v4.5.0).

Você já pode configurar quem pode citar seus posts indo nas Preferências da sua conta.
Também será possível definir algo diferente do padrão para um post específico na hora de publicar ele, do mesmo jeito que você muda a privacidade.

Trying to decide if there are so many provisos in the design of the new "quote posts" feature in #Mastodon as to make them effectively useless given they can appear and vanish and render posts' contexts meaningless at any time.
Yeah, probably pretty much useless because you cannot depend on them staying present going forward, among other problems. A shame.
