I’m sure the “starter pack” is a fantastically useful tool. I don’t really know what it is or what it does and never used it. Back when I joined Mastodon back in January, I started off using #Wordle. Wordle hashtag connected me with low-keyed, interesting, cool and kind people who I’ve been enjoy communicating with and they even led me to other interesting and cool people 🙂
If you’re new to Mastodon, go for it!!! Hashtags work wonders. Hashtag-ing all of your interest. I guess that’s my tip to you as someone who recently migrated here.

BTW does editing extra hashtags into a post reliably cause them to appear on the timelines of people who follow those tags (and who otherwise meet the requirements to see the OP's posts)? Does anyone know?
Or should I delete and re-draft if I want to make sure?
