Two annoying changes when using a web browser today:
1. When scrolling a hashtag, if I mute someone the whole hashtag feed refreshes, placing me back at the top with the newest toots.
2. When scrolling a hashtag, the feed refreshes each time a new toot is made to the the hashtag and I am placed back at the top with the newest toots.
My feed settings should be 'slow' and I guess these are bugs of some sort.
Is anyone else affected?

could you do some work on measures to mitigate rogue admins/moderators?
ideas include:
1. click to obtain records of decision making behind decisions to take down posts, hide accounts, suspend accounts - this requires that decision making to be recorded too
2. publish statistics on accounts most frequently reporting, to expose organised take-down campaigns
3. click to refer cases to independent admins on other nominated instances
4. automate GDPR requests
