Annoying #mastodon behaviour.
My account is not locked, does not require approval to follow.
I get followed by a locked account. Looks OK, so I follow back. Then I have to wait indefinitely for an approval. I probably forget and have to try to dig them up by looking at non-mutual follows or something.
The followback should be auto-approved.
