久しぶりにミリオンダラーディップを作ったので、サイドディッシュとして夕ごはん
発祥元のデパート名からニーマン・マーカス・ディップとも呼ばれるこちらは、クリームチーズにチェダーチーズ、マヨネーズにベーコン、アーモンドなどもたっぷり入って名前通りリッチな味わい
本来はおつまみっぽい一品ですが、たまにはこういう濃厚な副菜もいいかも？
