C’è stato un tempo in cui ogni foto su Instagram doveva essere perfetta: luce giusta, filtro calibrato, didascalia studiata. Poi sono arrivate le Storie, a rompere la rigidità. Ora, però, il social prova a fare un passo ulteriore: cancellare del tutto la costruzione. O quasi. Si chiama Instants ed è l’ultimo esperimento della piattaforma: contenuti che nascono e muoiono nel giro di un attimo, senza possibilità di ritocchi, senza archivio, senza seconde possibilità. Una funzione che sembra voler dire agli utenti: o sei vero, o non sei.
Instants è costruita attorno a un principio semplice: immediatezza totale. Non si può caricare nulla dalla galleria, niente recuperi strategici o ricordi ben selezionati. Si scatta, o si registra, e si invia. Fine. Il contenuto può essere condiviso con tutti i follower o con una cerchia ristretta, ma la sua vita è brevissima: una sola visualizzazione e poi sparisce. Se nessuno lo apre, si autodistrugge comunque entro 24 ore. Una comunicazione usa e getta, quasi brutale nella sua essenzialità.
Più estrema delle Storie
Il confronto con le Storie è inevitabile, ma anche fuorviante. Le Storie, ormai, sono diventate una vetrina parallela: curate, archiviate, spesso persino programmate. Instants va nella direzione opposta. Qui non c’è spazio per il perfezionismo: niente filtri, niente editing niente replay. Se le Storie raccontano una giornata, gli Instants catturano un secondo.
