L’immagine di una torta di compleanno con una svastica e il simbolo delle SS pubblicata su Instagram è diventata virale nel giro di pochi minuti. Succede a Matera, dove la pasticceria Note di Gusto ha condiviso sui social la foto del dolce realizzato per un diciannovesimo compleanno, scatenando una valanga di polemiche e commenti indignati per la presenza di simboli offensivi. Travolto dalle critiche, il titolare del locale Alessandro Cirimelli è intervenuto con delle scuse pubbliche: “È stato un post fatto con leggerezza e velocità, senza il giusto approfondimento”.

Cirimelli ha poi preso le distanze dal contenuto della torta: “Chiaramente prendiamo le distanze dal contenuto e chiediamo scusa per la pubblicazione di un post che non condividiamo nei contenuti”. Secondo quanto riferito, la pasticceria avrebbe valutato solo l’aspetto estetico della realizzazione, senza considerare il significato dei simboli utilizzati. “Abbiamo ingenuamente pensato alla parte artistica della torta, senza ragionare sul messaggio che si celava dietro”, ha aggiunto Cirimelli. “Il cliente voleva semplicemente fare uno scherzo al figlio, ma noi non sapevamo cosa fosse. Chiediamo scusa”, ha concluso il titolare.

It happened in Matera, where the pastry shop Note di Gusto shared the photo of the cake made for a 19th birthday on social media, triggering a landslide of criticism and indignant comments regarding the presence of offensive symbols. Faced with the criticism, the owner, Alessandro Cirimelli, intervened with public apologies: “It was a post made with lightness and speed, without the proper reflection.”

Cirimelli then distanced himself from the content of the cake: “Clearly, we distance ourselves from the content and apologize for publishing a post that we do not share in our content.” According to reports, the pastry shop had only considered the aesthetic aspect of the creation, without considering the meaning of the symbols used. “We naively thought about the artistic part of the cake, without thinking about the message hidden behind it,” Cirimelli added. “The client simply wanted to pull a prank on his son, but we didn't know what it was. Lutto nel mondo della musica partenopea. È morto, a 84 anni, il cantante Tonino Apicella, padre di Mariano compositore, chitarrista e cantante di Silvio Berlusconi. Cantante e chitarrista napoletano, Tonino Apicella ha iniziato a fare i primi passi nel mondo della musica negli Anni Quaranta e si è contraddistinto subito ler i componimenti melodici. Tra i primi ad ufficializzare la morte dell’artista è stato l’organizzatore di eventi e presentatore Mario Guida su Instagram, commentando la perdita di “un’altra importante perdita per la musica napoletana. Riposa in pace amico mio”.
A ricordarlo anche la collega e amica Ida Rendano: “Ancora un’altra perdita importante per la nostra città e per me in particolare. Il Maestro Tonino Apicella. Ciao, Maestro. Ciao, zio Tonino.. È così che ti ho sempre chiamato, con quell’affetto che andava oltre ogni formalità. Per me non sei mai stato solo un grande artista, ma una presenza viva, capace di accarezzare l’anima”.
E ancora: “Mi hai cresciuta artisticamente con una dolcezza rara. Mi hai insegnato a credere nella bellezza, a non avere paura di esprimermi, a trasformare le emozioni in qualcosa di vero, di eterno. E lo facevi sempre con uno sguardo pieno di orgoglio, come se vedessi in me qualcosa che io stessa faticavo a riconoscere”.
“Mi chiamavi, mi incoraggiavi, mi ‘coccolavi’ artisticamente, – ha continuato Rendano – come solo uno zio sa fare. E in quei gesti, in quelle parole, c’era tutto: affetto, fiducia, guida. Oggi sento una gratitudine che non avrà mai fine. Perché averti avuto nella mia vita è stato un dono prezioso, uno di quelli che restano incisi per sempre. Porterò con me ogni tuo insegnamento, ogni sorriso, ogni momento condiviso. Continuerò a camminare anche per te, con la stessa passione che mi hai trasmesso, con la tua voce nel cuore. Non è un addio, zio Tonino. È un arrivederci, custodito nell’arte, nei ricordi e nell’amore che non svanisce”.
I funerali di Apicella si terranno oggi 18 marzo alle 16.30 nella Parrocchia Santa Croce ad Orsolone.

Today I feel a gratitude that will never end. Because having you in my life was a precious gift, one of those that remains etched forever. I will carry with me every one of your teachings, every smile, every moment shared. I will continue to walk with you, even for you, with the same passion that you transmitted to me, with your voice in my heart. It’s not a farewell, Uncle Tonino. It’s a goodbye, a seeing you again, preserved in art, in memories and in love that doesn’t fade.”
The funeral for Apicella will be held today, March 18th at 4:30 PM at the Parrocchia Santa Croce ad Orsolone.
