We’re still adding mechanics to #Trasmoz. This time an attack for the wolf form where he strikes the ground. Its main purpose is to hit in both directions, but as you can see, it’s also useful for breaking ground geometry. This gives the game more variety in level design. We could make it a way to dig down to reach lower areas or to hide from danger

Day 6

The plane is now a RigidBody3D physics object

Although it seems to work with different numbers than me. Currently my lift calculation gets a random * 200 for the plane to actually take of :/

I've also found a way for rotation now to work better. But now that I have physics, I hope to get better flight physics by doing lift calculations for different surfaces with different angles of attack, and applying them on different positions on the plane.

Autoclicker part 2. I ramped up the click speed and bubble spawn rate. If this is to become a real project, it needs to perform well with thousands of bubbles and hundreds of particle emitters. I'm not exactly happy about the FPS drops, but I've already optimized quite a bit. Not sure how to improve it further.

When I first started building UIs in #Godot I found it quite counter-intuitive and I struggled a lot. Concepts like container sizing and pivots were above me.

Then I watched many others building UIs ( @nathanhoad , @Bazzzing mostly) and I realised that I was just overcomplicating things.

Nowadays, building UIs is actually really fun and joyful.
