Today i've done some code refactoring for my Rattax game. Moved the dialogue for the vilagers and leader NPC into a separate component script to clean the code up a bit.

Besides the little pile of crap, I’ve now added high and low walls. There are also bombs on the path. Reaching the goal won’t be easy without the right upgrades.
What’s also not easy: balancing all of this fairly. But that’s a whole different topic …

Spent four hours changing my surface moon surface rendering system to include unexplored masks properly and not accidentally reveal details because #Godot renders the mask as transparent if the parent or the parent's parent or the parent's parent's parent is even slightly transparent.
Sigh...
