Today I was fantasizing about software declaration.
As to strengthen FOSS products and especially European (coordinated) ones, I would promote, use and donate for them.
@fdroidorg is a German/#EU * app, but on @alternativeto, I can't see where the source code is hosted (as I could not see if alternateto.net is hosted on AWS or not).
I know that will limit myself in the beginning, but I find it mandatory to add the country to apps like alternateto does it and where the main code is hosted, especially outside of GitHub on an free gitrepo like @Codeberg.
The only way to actively counter all the Trumps and Orbans, Netanyahus of the world is to disconnect the money and influence flow.
One of the hardest task will be to convince people from nabu casa, which are already a foundation in Switzerland, /@home@homeassistant@fosstodon.org to leave GitHub, where I noticed they recently opened for more gitrepos than GitHub.
I see FOSS as a solution for cutting surveillance from USA and turning away from Big Tech, no matter which continent(s) polluted and poisened.
What do you think, is it a good way or to restrictive?
- Promoting the EU as safe heaven presupposes that #GDPR, #DSA and a no to #chatcontrol remain a requirement.

I'm always confused that "#git log" orders by top->newest, while "git rebase -i" orders by top->oldest.
Is there some config option for the latter to flip the ordering that I'm not aware of yet?
