Ab in den #Knast - was gilt es vorher zu regeln und wozu eigentlich das Ganze und was passiert dann genau da drin?
Darüber sprechen Steffi Beyrich, der @Orkan_der_rechtspflege und ich. Ab Sonntag, 19.10.2025 um 9.30h abrufbar auf den üblichen Kanälen (siehe Links unten) in Episode 39 von "Samt versus Seide".

Über den Knast, das Gefängnis, den Strafvollzug kursieren viele falsche Vorstellungen.
Auch über das Ziel des Strafvollzuges. Ziel des Vollzugs ist es, Menschen zu entlassen, die soziale Verantwortung übernehmen und ein Leben ohne Straftaten führen. Und genau das lässt sich nicht dadurch erreichen, dass man Häftlinge für eine Zeit weggesperrt und anschließend einfach wieder auf freien Fuß setzt.
Schrittweise Lockerungen oder Restrafenaussetzung sind daher kein “Geschenk” und haben auch nichts mit Verhätscheln zu tun. Sie sollen schlicht die Wiedereingliederung in die Gesellschaft erleichtern.
Daher gibt es auch gezielte Entlassungsvorbereitung. Damit es dann auch draußen klappt.
