Granted, gambling that #Facebook / #NSAbook / #StasiBook won't make "a better copy" of your business is a terrible idea!

Obviously #LLama was trained on private comms of #Facebook & #WhatsApp.

Seriously, #Facebook abusing their #users as #AI #sources and maximizing #DarkPatterns is not coincidential, and I wounder how people who don't have or want a Facebook account can actually object against that shit or #ShadowProfiles without #SelfDoxxing and gambling on #StasiBook having good vibes that day...

The main propblem that I see with #DSA violations is the fact that "If the penalty for a crime is a fine, it's only illegal for the poor!", meaning that #NSAbook / #StasiBook will see violating #DataProtection as a mere "#BusinessExpense" in the #EU as none of the Execs get arrested, jailed or even wanted for questioning.

Obviously I'm not gonna blame @tantacrul for missing #NetzDG at that point cuz it's #Germany-specific and didn't get much international coverage either, except when #Trump's regime decried it as #censorship because it means that Holocaust Deniers don't get recommended and their content #geoblocked by #GAFAMs...

And yes, #Facebook is knowingly and willingfully hosting illegal content...

#Section230 / #OCILLA / #DMCA would only cover #Facebook's ass until the point they got informed about the offending content...

Content warning:Facebook, CSAM, USpol

The fact that #TedCruz is right on this one is still fascinating. cuz otherwise he's a POS!

The most they would have an interest in is reporting confirmed CSAM to the LEAs of the users' location, removing it and adding the checksum of said content to their already existing #UploadFilters.

But in return, #KOSA, like #FOSTA & #SESTA, is one of the worst things the #US made as legislation in my lifetime - if not ever in it's existance.

Because it's some half-baked "But we're doing something!" activism without banning #Facebook's business practises of pushing #manipulative content and #disinformation - espechally towards minors!

@vfrmedia granted, this is why it's not enough to logout out #Facebook but necessary to block their #TrackingCookies - which they even implemented as on-device servers so #CrossAppTracking on #mobile OSes like #Android and #iOS works!

To anyone who didn't live under the rock or completely airgapped, #Facebook being evil was as much of news as "RT spreading lies and transmisogynist hatespeech" or "rain is wet"...
