Ich habe die positiven Effekte einer Social Media Pause deutlich unterschätzt.
Mittlerweile plane ich sogar langfristig #LinkedIn, #Instagram / #Facebook und Twitter/X vom Smartphone zu verbannen.
Bis auf LinkedIn (was ich stark beruflich nutze) fiel es mir sehr leicht auf die anderen Plattformen zu verzichten.
Gleichzeitig wieder mehr Zeit gefunden anderen Hobbies nachzugehen und greife viel bewusster zum Smartphone.

But guys, do you realize that #BigTech companies, #Google, #Facebook, #Microsoft, #Amazon, #Apple... build the infrastructure that let the fascists control your society?
Yeah, burning Teslas might hurt Musk's wealth a bit, but that's not really an issue for their movement.
If you want an hope to save your country from the worst #fascism humanity has seen, you really need to dismantle the infrastructure they have built. You literally need to occupy and dismantle BigTech's server farms, quit their tool and refuse their money and their services.
You are not going to use their weapon against them: that's what they want you to believe so that you keep using them.
